Prayer, a listening ear and Christian encouragement when you would value support.

Read and pray alongside appropriate support: Hope in a Crisis, Peace When Anxiety Is Loud, Hope While Grieving and Healing Hope in Illness each offer seven days of full Bible readings, reflection and prayer. These guides do not replace urgent or professional help; use the emergency support routes when needed rather than waiting for a church reply.

Prayer and pastoral support in Leeds

Difficult seasons can leave people carrying questions, grief, pressure or uncertainty alone. You do not need a polished story before asking for prayer.

If you would value prayer or someone to listen, contact ANCC and ask to arrange a pastoral conversation. You can begin with a brief request without describing private details online.

Pastoral support offers listening, Christian encouragement and prayer. It does not replace medical treatment, counselling, legal advice or other specialist services.

Choose the right help now

Listen, ask questions and meet people. You can return, explore faith or ask about connecting when you are ready.

Sunday: 10:45 am–12:30 pm. Thursday: 7pm–8:30pm.

The meeting room is on the first floor and the published entrance route uses stairs. Please contact ANCC about step-free access before travelling. Check current parking signs and travel arrangements.

Must I attend ANCC to ask for prayer?

You can contact the church to ask about prayer or pastoral support even if you have not attended before.

Is a pastoral conversation confidential?

Please discuss confidentiality with the person supporting you. Information may need to be shared if someone is at risk or safeguarding requires it.

Will someone respond immediately?

We cannot promise an immediate response. Use emergency or urgent health services when help cannot wait.
