ANCC KIDS

Engaging Kids Ministry

We are building families by following the teachings of Jesus Christ who said: “…let the little children come to me and do not try to stop them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these” (Mark 10:14, NET)

At ANCC Leeds,  we focus on building families by providing an opportunity for every member of your family to being part of the church. Our desire is to see a generation of children who love God and are equipped to impact their ‘world’ fulfilling their destiny in God. through a range of Kids Activities.

Every Sunday your child will learn about Jesus as they study through the Bible and see God’s amazing love towards them. They will also have a lot of fun in the process as they sing live worship, play instructive games, and create amazing crafts. Lastly, you can expect that your child will be safe because of our incredible volunteer teams.

We put a lot of energy into creating safe and fun environments where kids can learn about Jesus. It is a place where faith, imagination, and learning go together. It is a place where loving God is cool!

We want to help you and your family enjoy every part of the Sunday experience and we provide children’s groups every Sunday.

We hope that you’ll find our thriving kids’ ministry a nurturing and dynamic place where your children can know, love and serve Jesus. Here is some information to orient you to our ministry:

Building Families

We believe that the primary nurturers of faith in kids are the family and the church. Thus, we gather to help connect kids with God, but also provide opportunities for parents to be equipped to spiritually nurture their kids. We…
• equip parents with training and tools that will empower them to spiritually nurture their children
• promote and plan all-family faith experiences

Church Kids Activities

Jesus held children in unusually high regard. We value children by removing any hindrances that would keep them from learning about God and believing in Jesus for salvation. Thus, we…
• teach to a child’s developmental stage, cognitive development, attention span, and relational maturity
• make our learning environments safe and fun for kids, both inside and outside the classroom
